In its second year, the Foundation named the annual event in memory of Tiffany Heitkamp, a young Syracuse-area woman who passed away in 2006 in a boating accident. “Tiffany had an insatiable love for children and passion for life,” said Kuppermann. “We are proud to honor her life and legacy.”
