SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Make-A-Wish® Central New York will grant a very special SURPRISE wish to K’nai, 9, of Syracuse, N.Y. K’nai, diagnosed with sickle cell anemia, will be granted her wish to have a bedroom makeover that would be a dream to any girl her age. She shares a room with her younger sister and they both agree on their love for princesses and the color pink.
K’nai’s wish is sponsored by UnitedHealthcare and will be revealed on Wednesday, March 21st at 5:00PM. Local interior designer Roseann Smith, along with services and donations from China Towne, Lee Cooper, Onondaga Flooring and Sherwin Williams on Erie Boulevard, Syracuse, will transform her room into a pink princess palace.
“We are thrilled to make K’nai’s wish come true. We hope transforming her room into a palace will make her feel like a princess every day,” said Diane Kuppermann, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Central New York.
