You can now give back to Make-A-Wish^® every time you shop at MaineSource Stores. If you complete the form below and turn it into your local Maine’s store, you’ll receive a Maine’s GiveBack Card. Every time you make a purchase at Maine’s, you’ll swipe your card and 5% of your purchase will go to Make-A-Wish. Maine’s will cut a check to the foundation every 6 months!The best part is there is no cost to you. The card is not a credit card. Anyone who wants to help can get a card to benefit Make-A-Wish. So feel free to pass this info to your friends and family that shop at Maine’s.

Here’s how to sign up:

1. Complete the attached Maine Saver Give Back Member Application. You must give your name and please use Make-A-Wish Central New York as the organization
2. Return the form to your local Maine’s Customer Service Desk.
3. They will issue a card for you.
