Join Make-A-Wish® Central New York and Wendy’s Walk for Kids on Sunday, August 19 to enjoy live music from Grammy Award® winning band Train as they perform for the Dick’s Sporting Goods Open.

train.jpgThe band Train is popular for recent hits such “Hey Soul Sister” and “Drive By” that have been frequently gracing radio stations across the country.

The concert is held in conjunction to fundraise for Wendy’s Walk for Kids - a charity event designed in 2009 by local Wendy’s Restaurants to benefit charities geared towards helping children in the Central New York and Southern Tier areas.

This year, Wendy’s Walk for Kids has selected Make-A-Wish® Central New York as one of their designated charities. The tickets are only 30 dollars ($25 goes to us if purchased through a Make-A-Wish representative) and grants entry to both the concert and the Open.
